Supplements to Foreign Currency Payment Transaction Fees in Vietnam from November 1, 2019

The State Bank of Vietnam promulgated Circular 33/2018/TT-NHNN amending and supplementing Circular 26/2013/TT-NHNN on the issuance of fees for payment services offered via State Bank of Vietnam.

Circular 33 has supplemented the Fees for Processing Net Settlement Results from Other Systems and Fees for Foreign Currency Transaction in Vietnam as follows:

a)	Payment in US Dollars (USD)	State Bank Transaction Office, State Bank branches in provinces and centrally run cities	Members or member units sending payment orders	0.02% of the payment amount (minimum 0.2 USD/transaction, maximum 5 USD/transaction)
b)	Payment in European Common Currency (EUR)		Members or member units sending payment orders	0.02% of the payment amount (minimum 0.2 EUR/transaction, maximum 5 EUR/transaction)
