On August 13, 2018, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issued Circular 09/2018/TT-BNNPTNT to repeal certain Circulars issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.

- Circular 53/2009/TT-BNNPTNT regulates the management of alien aquatic species in Vietnam.- Circular 54/2009/TT-BNNPTNT guides the implementation of the national criteria on new rural areas as per Decision 491/QD-TTg dated April 16, 2009, on the issuance of national criteria on new rural areas.- Circular 69/2009/TT-BNNPTNT regulates the trial evaluation of biodiversity and environmental risks for genetically modified crops.- Circular 16/2010/TT-BNNPTNT regulates the protection of state secrets in the Agriculture and Rural Development sector.- Circular 25/2010/TT-BNNPTNT guides the inspection of food safety for imported animal-origin goods.- Circular 56/2010/TT-BNNPTNT regulates certain contents in the activities of organizations managing and operating irrigation works.- Circular 58/2010/TT-BNNPTNT prescribes measures for controlling black streak dwarf disease in rice.- Circular 16/2011/TT-BNNPTNT regulates the evaluation, designation, and management of laboratories in the agriculture and rural development sector.- Circular 21/2011/TT-BNNPTNT amends and supplements certain regulations on administrative procedures in the irrigation sector according to Resolution 57/NQ-CP.- Joint Circular 26/2011/TTLT-BNNPTNT-BKHDT-BTC guides certain contents for the implementation of Decision 800/QD-TTg by the Prime Minister approving the national target program on new rural development for the 2010-2020 period.- Circular 34/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated May 17, 2011, guides the preparation, appraisal, and approval of detailed planning for resettlement areas of the Lai Chau Hydropower Project.- Circular 40/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated May 27, 2011, regulates the capacity of organizations and individuals participating in the management and operation of irrigation works.
