Procedure for Assessing the Quality of Training for Vietnamese Official and Public Employees

This is the noteworthy content stipulated in Circular 10/2017/TT-BNV on regulations for evaluating the quality of training for officials and public employees, issued on December 29, 2017. The process for evaluating the quality of training for Vietnamese officials and public employees is prescribed as follows:

1. Steps to Implement

- Compile a list of lecturers and learners directly participating in the training program, prepare evaluation forms, and number the forms for lecturers and learners.- Inform the lecturers and learners about the purpose, significance, content, and method of the survey, the evaluation content, and the cases of invalid forms (Forms with the number of unanswered indicators exceeding 5% of the total indicators).- Collect the evaluation forms and check the information in the answers to ensure that all indicators have complete answers, with only one option chosen for each indicator.- Gather all the forms and transfer them to the unit's form processing department.

2. Result Processing Procedure

- Collect the evaluation forms, verify their validity, and number the forms for each respondent.- Depending on specific conditions, various organizations and units use different statistical software to enter and analyze the data.
