Determination of Data Collection Period and Deadline for Sending Inspection Reports

This content is stipulated in Circular No. 03/2013/TT-TTCP issued by the Government Inspectorate of Vietnam, regulating policies on inspection work reports, complaint and denunciation resolution, and the prevention and combat of corruption.

The period for collecting data and deadlines for submitting reports regarding inspection activities, resolving complaints, denunciations, and periodic anti-corruption activities shall be implemented as stipulated in Article 9 of Circular 03/2013/TT-TTCP. To be specific:

- Quarterly Reports:

- The first quarter report covers the period from December 16 of the previous year to March 15 of the reporting year; reports shall be submitted to the Inspectorate of the Government of Vietnam before March 20 of the reporting year.

- The second, third, and fourth quarter reports cover the period from the 16th of the last month of the previous quarter to the 15th of the last month of the reporting quarter; reports shall be submitted to the Inspectorate of the Government of Vietnam before the 20th of the last month of the reporting quarter.

- The semi-annual report covers the period from December 16 of the previous year to June 15 of the reporting year; reports shall be submitted to the Inspectorate of the Government of Vietnam before June 20 of the reporting year.

- The nine-month report covers the period from December 16 of the previous year to September 15 of the reporting year; reports shall be submitted to the Inspectorate of the Government of Vietnam before September 20 of the reporting year.

- The annual report covers the period from December 16 of the previous year to December 15 of the reporting year; reports shall be submitted to the Inspectorate of the Government of Vietnam before December 20 of the reporting year.

- For ad-hoc reports, the period for collecting data and deadlines for submitting reports shall be in accordance with the requirements of the Inspectorate of the Government of Vietnam.
