New Adjustments to the Process of Settling Social Insurance Dossiers

Effective from March 15, 2017, the Social Insurance in Ho Chi Minh City shall adjust 03 processes of dossier receipt and delivery according to the one-door mechanism as follows:

Process 801: Settlement of continued pension benefits, monthly social insurance benefits for those whose payment list has been suspended for 06 consecutive months due to not receiving cash; one-time benefit recipients of previous years.

Process 803: Procedure steps for changing the place of receiving pension, monthly social insurance benefits for those moving within a district, and from one district to another within the city.

- In the case that the beneficiary wants to change the place of receiving pension, monthly social insurance benefits within a district:

Details: + Step 1: Within working days
+ Step 2: Until the 14th of the month
+ Step 3: From the 15th to the 28th of the month

- In the case that the beneficiary wants to change the place of receiving pension, monthly social insurance benefits from one district to another within the city:

Details: + Step 1: Within working days
+ Step 2: Until the 14th of the month
+ Step 3: From the 15th to the 28th of the month

Process 806: Procedure steps when the beneficiary of monthly social insurance policies collects payment by cash and wants to switch to ATM card, and vice versa.

+ Step 3: From the 15th to the 28th of the month

At the same time, dossier receipt notes (PGNHS) 801, 803, 806 have also been adjusted.
