Who is Entitled to Benefits Policies When Receiving and Handling Applications under the Decision?

The Ministry of National Defense recently signed and issued Circular 25/2019/TT-BQP, stipulating policies for allowances for individuals in the Army who perform tasks related to receiving citizens, handling complaints, denunciations, petitions, and feedback.

According to the new regulations, policies for allowances when performing duties related to citizen reception, handling complaints, denunciations, petitions, and reflections are applicable to the following subjects:

- Officers, professional soldiers, national defense officials, national defense workers, and national defense public employees in agencies and units tasked with citizen reception, assigned such tasks by competent authorities.- Officers, professional soldiers, national defense officials, national defense workers, and national defense public employees invited or summoned by competent authorities for duty.- Officers, professional soldiers, national defense officials, national defense workers, and national defense public employees assigned by competent authorities for duty.- Officers, professional soldiers, national defense officials, national defense workers, and national defense public employees assigned by competent authorities to handle complaints, denunciations, petitions, and reflections as their specialized duty.- Related agencies, units, organizations, and individuals.
