Which subjects receive funding support for the use of public utility water resources products and services?

Funding for the utilization of public utility irrigation products and services will be supported for the following subjects:

1. The entire area of agricultural land serving research, trial production, annual crop land with at least one rice crop per year; salt production land.

2. The entire area of agricultural land allocated or recognized by the State for poor households.

3. Agricultural land area within the agricultural land allocation limit for the following subjects:

- Households and individual farmers allocated or recognized by the State land for agricultural production, including inherited land, gifted land, and land with transferred land use rights.- Households and individuals who are members of agricultural cooperatives have received stable contract land from cooperatives, state-owned farms (or agricultural companies converted from state-owned farms) for agricultural production according to the provisions of the law.- Households and individuals who are farm staff have received stable contract land from state-owned farms for agricultural production.- Households and individuals engaged in agricultural production who have the right to use agricultural land pooled their land to establish agricultural production cooperatives.

Cases not eligible for funding support as per the above regulations must pay for the use of irrigation products and services according to regulations.
