What Conditions Must the Venue for Off-Road Motor Sports Meet?

This is a noteworthy content mentioned in Circular 18/2015/TT-BVHTTDL stipulating the conditions for training and competing in off-road automobile sports, which was issued on December 31, 2015, by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

The venue for off-road motor racing must meet the conditions stipulated in Circular 18/2015/TT-BVHTTDL as follows:

- There must be a racetrack suitable for the nature and scale of the competition as stipulated in Article 4 of this Circular.- The venue must have areas for vehicle inspection, parking, vehicle repair, and restrooms.- There must be a racetrack cross-section diagram marking significant points on the track; detailed guidance on traffic rules on the track; a detailed map of the starting area, finish area, and competition area.- Protective barriers at the front and back of the finish line.- Barriers separating the racetrack from spectators must be placed at least 20 meters from the track edge. At corners of the sandy racetrack, barriers must be placed at least 50 meters from the track edge.- There must be at least one ambulance, one doctor, and three nurses; with sufficient medical supplies and equipment for initial first aid.- Emergency points must be arranged in hazardous areas on the track; ensuring easy ambulance access.- …
