What are the Responsibilities of Graduates in Plant Protection Drug Production?

Specifically, according to the regulations issued with Circular 21/2019/TT-BLDTBXH, the production of plant protection drugs at the college level is a training field that includes: Producing drugs with inorganic or synthetic organic active ingredients; preparations with effective components being living microorganisms or substances derived from microorganisms, plants, animals, used to protect crops and agricultural products, against harmful organisms causing damage to plant resources, meeting level 5 requirements in the Vietnam National Qualifications Framework.

The main duties of graduates in plant protection drug manufacturing at the college level include: Organizing the production of liquid and solid chemical plant protection drugs; biological drugs from viruses, bacteria, fungi, and herbal extracts; establishing processes, organizing quality control in production, handling waste during production, and marketing plant protection drugs.

Those engaged in the plant protection drug manufacturing profession can work in management agencies, organizations related to research, production, and business of plant protection drugs; in factories, production workshops, storage warehouses of plant protection drugs.

Upon graduation, learners have the capacity to meet job position requirements in the industry, including:

- Operating chemical plant protection drug production lines;- Producing biological plant protection drugs;- Inspecting the quality of plant protection drugs;- Handling waste in plant protection drug production;- Marketing plant protection drug products.

Additionally, the minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduation in Plant Protection Drug Manufacturing at the college level can be further developed at higher levels; graduates have the ability to self-learn, update scientific and technological advances within the industry to improve their level or to pursue further education at higher levels within related fields or training areas.
