What are the regulations on organizational structure of the district-level public Vocational Education Center in Vietnam? (Internet image)

The organizational structure of the district-level public Vocational Education Center is specified in Article 8 of Circular 05/2020/TT-BLDTBXH as follows:

• Director and deputy directors;

• Functional departments and specialized teams. Based on assigned functions, tasks, scale, and vocational training areas, the Director of the Center shall decide to establish functional departments and specialized teams under the approved organizational structure of the Center specified in the Center's organizational and operational regulations.

• Advisory councils; Management board;

• Production and service teams to support vocational training (if any).

The Center shall establish production and service teams to support vocational training. The establishment and operation of these teams are governed by the provisions of the law.

In addition, the Director and deputy directors of the Center must meet the following criteria:

• Have good character and ethics;

• Hold a college degree or higher;

• Have received training in vocational education management;

• Be in good health.

Note: The appointment, reappointment, dismissal, transfer, rotation, commendation, discipline, and implementation of regulations and policies regarding the Director and deputy directors of the Center are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the law.
