The Vietnam Register has just issued a notice to recruit officers to work at units under the Vietnam Registry.

On January 13, 2023, the Vietnam Register has announced the postponement of the recruitment of civil servants and public employees in 2022, after reviewing the recruitment needs and building job positions in accordance with the regulations. According to the provisions of Article 22 of the Law on Public Employees:
A person who meets all the following conditions, regardless of nationality, gender, social status, belief and religion, may register for public employee recruitment:
- Bearing Vietnamese citizenship and residing in Vietnam:
- Reaching full 18 years of age. For a number of areas of cultural activity, arts. physical training and spoils, the age eligible for recruitment may be lower as provided by law with written consent of at-law representatives:
- Filing an application for recruitment:
- Having a clear personal background;
- Possessing diplomas, training certificates or practice certificates or aptitude and skills relevant to the working position for which he/she applies:
- Being physically fit for work or tasks;
- Meeting other conditions required by the working position for which he/she applies and determined by the public non-business unit, which must not be contrary to law.
- Degree training:
Having training qualifications suitable for each position applied according to the details of the recruitment criteria.
- English level:
Having a foreign language certificate suitable for each position applied according to the details of the application criteria.
- Computer skill:
Possessing a computer science certificate with a standard level of basic information technology skills or equivalent as prescribed in Circular 03/2014/TT-BTTTT.
The candidate profile includes:
- Application form for admission.
- Photocopies (certified) of papers: Professional diploma (or provisional graduation certificate); Transcripts or transcripts; High school diploma; diplomas, training certificates relevant to the job position;
- The documents of the application must be complete, clean, not erased and contained in an envelope 24x34cm.
Round 1: Check the eligibility requirements at the Application Form according to the requirements of the job position to be recruited (if satisfied, the candidate can participate in round 2).
Round 2: Exam for specialized professional subjects: interview form.
The content, form and time of the entrance exam are according to the Department's Notice, which is posted on the website www.vr.org.vn and posted at the headquarters of the Vietnam Register.

According to the provisions of Circular 92/2021/TT-BTC stipulating the rate, collection, payment, management and use of fees for recruitment, competition for rank promotion and promotion of civil servants and public employees.
The Vietnam Registry Department will notify specifically the form, location and time of the examination fee collection in the notice of summoning candidates to take the exam.
