The preparation and publication of the list of judicial experts in Vietnam are stipulated in Clause 1, Article 9 Circular 35/2014/TT-BKHCN as follows:

- The Legal Affairs Department prepares and sends the list of judicial experts to the Informatics Center under the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam (hereinafter referred to as the Informatics Center) to post it on the Web Portal of the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam, and concurrently sends it to the Ministry of Justice to prepare a general list.

Within 03 (three) working days from the date of receipt of the list, the Informatics Center is responsible for posting the list of judicial experts on the Web Portal of the Ministry of Science and Technology;

- For judicial experts appointed by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Department of Science and Technology is responsible for preparing and sending the list of judicial experts to be posted on the Web Portal of the Provincial People's Committee and concurrently sends it to the Ministry of Justice to establish a general list.
