Decree 35/2009/ND-CP stipulates the facilities and operating funds of the Inspectorate of Natural Resources and Environment in Vietnam as follows:

Facilities

-The Inspectorate of Natural Resources and Environment will be equipped with vehicles, technical equipment, uniforms, insignia, emblems, and nameplates. It is strictly prohibited for organizations or individuals to use similar uniforms, insignia, emblems, or nameplates that confuse with those of the Inspectorate of Natural Resources and Environment.

-The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment shall specify:

- Vehicles and technical equipment of the Inspectorate of Natural Resources and Environment;- Uniforms, insignia, emblems, and nameplates of the Inspectorate of Natural Resources and Environment after consulting with the Chief Inspector.

Operating Funds

-The operating funds of the Inspectorate of Natural Resources and Environment shall be covered by the state budget according to the current regulations on state budget decentralization and other funding sources as prescribed by law.

-The preparation, allocation, management, use, and finalization of the operating funds of the Inspectorate of Natural Resources and Environment shall follow the provisions of the law.
