Uniform of the Security Force on Board

According to Decree 75/2018/ND-CP, the uniform of the security force on board consists of unified male and female attire conformable. It includes: Shirts (spring-summer, autumn-winter), trousers, kepi hats, ties (cravats), belts, and other apparel (gloves, socks, shoes, raincoats).

Details include:

- Spring-summer shirt: Short-sleeve shirt with epaulettes on the sleeves, standing collar, two chest pockets with flaps, shoulder straps for attaching insignia, gray fabric color.- Autumn-winter attire includes:- Dark blue vest, double-layer fabric, 04 flap pockets, V-shaped lapel collar, flaps, shoulder straps for attaching insignia, 04 buttons, plastic buttons matching the color of the vest;- Long-sleeve shirt, standing collar, two chest pockets with flaps, shoulder straps for attaching insignia, gray fabric color;- Dark blue vest worn inside the overcoat.- Trousers: Dark blue fabric, long, moderately wide legs, two side pockets.- Hat: Kepi hat, upper part and crown dark blue, black visor and chin strap, encircled with a yellow felt strip on the upper part and crown, two yellow felt strips connecting the visor to the crown.- Tie (cravat): Dark blue.- Belt: Black leather, bright metallic buckle.- Document bag: Black leather (or faux leather, synthetic fiber) with a strap.- Shoes: Black leather, low ankle, lace-up.- Socks: Dark blue.- Raincoat: Specialized, trench coat style.- The uniform model for the security force on board is stipulated in Appendix II attached to this Decree.

Insignia, Badge of the Security Force on Board

Insignia:

- Round shape with an inner circle diameter equal to 2/3 the outer circle diameter, bright red background with a five-pointed yellow star, beneath the star is the yellow text "BAO VE TREN TAU", surrounded by two yellow rice ear patterns on a dark blue background.- Below the text “BAO VE TREN TAU” is a half yellow wheel with the black text "DSVN" (abbreviation for Duong sat Viet Nam) in the middle. Outer rim of the insignia is yellow.- The insignia for the on-board security force is attached to the kepi hat, badge on shirt sleeves, vest and lapel badge:- Insignia on kepi hat: Round metal, outer diameter of 35 mm, worn centrally on the front of the kepi hat above the visor, with a white metallic laurel cluster, total height 54 mm, width 64 mm;- Insignia on badge attached to shirt sleeves and vest made of embroidered thread, outer diameter 35 mm;- Insignia on lapel badge attached to shirt collars made of metal, outer diameter 18 mm.

Badge, consisting of:

- Badge attached to shirt sleeves, vest;- Badge worn on shirt collar lapel. Details:- Badge on left sleeve of shirt and vest, 80-100 mm from shoulder, shield-shaped, horizontal width at the widest point 80 mm, height at highest point 100 mm, light blue fabric, center of the shield embroidered with the security force insignia, flanked by yellow rice ear patterns, edged with yellow, top part with 05 mm tall yellow text indicating the name of the railway transport enterprise directly managing the on-board security force;- Badge on shirt collar lapel: Parallelogram shape with 55 mm x 35 mm sides, dark blue background, center with the security force insignia.- Single white metallic laurel leaf worn on vest collar lapel.
