TN Promulgates Health Supplement Products for Children Under 06 Years Old Subject to Price Declaration

To be specific, according to Article 3 of Circular 22/2018/TT-BYT, the responsibility for publicizing the list of food products for children under 06 years old subject to price declaration is specified as follows:

- The Food Safety Department is responsible for publicly announcing on the Food Safety Department's website the list of products specified in Article 2 of Circular 22/2018/TT-BYT as follows:- Update monthly for products that have been issued a Certificate of Registration of Product Announcement by the Food Safety Department after the effective date of this Circular;- By October 1, 2019, the complete list of products that have been issued Certificates of Conformity Announcement and Safety Confirmation or Certificates of Registration of Product Announcement before the effective date of Circular 22/2018/TT-BYT must be published.

- State management agencies authorized by the People's Committee of the province or centrally run city to manage food safety are responsible for publicizing on their agency's website or through mass media the list of products specified in Article 2 of Circular 22/2018/TT-BYT as follows:- Update monthly for products that have been issued Certificates of Registration of Product Announcement by provincial food safety management agencies, or self-announced by local organizations or individuals from the effective date of this Circular;- By July 1, 2019, the complete list of products that have been issued Certificates of Registration of Product Announcement by provincial food safety management agencies or self-announced by local organizations or individuals before the effective date of Circular 22/2018/TT-BYT must be published.
