Title: "What Are the Criteria for the Title of 'Labor Hero' for Individuals?"

To be specific, Article 61 of the Draft Law on Emulation and Commendation Amendment 2019 stipulates the criteria for conferring the title of "Labor Hero" for individuals as follows:

- Absolute loyalty to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, with a spirit of creative labor, achieving labor productivity, quality, and efficiency, and making exceptional achievements for the goals of a prosperous people, a strong country, democracy, justice, and civilization;- Making important contributions to the development of the unit, locality, sector, and the country for a period of 10 years or more, recognized by the collective;- Having numerous achievements in research and application of scientific, technical, and new technological advances, possessing initiatives, solutions, scientific research projects, and literary and artistic works of special value that bring high efficiency on a national scale;- Significant contributions in training and fostering colleagues and younger generations, providing technical guidance, technology transfer, and production, and business experience;- Strictly adhering to the policies of the Communist Party, the laws of the State; having solid political will, high sense of responsibility, efforts, overcoming difficulties, dedication to work; being industrious, thrifty, honest, impartial; having good moral character, healthy lifestyle, promoting the spirit of solidarity, cooperation; being an exemplary role model in all aspects.

Thus, this Draft specifically stipulates the criteria for conferring the title of "Labor Hero" for individuals. The title of "Labor Hero" is reviewed every five years, except for sudden and particularly exceptional achievements.
