Support for Liquid Nitrogen Containers for Transportation and Storage of Artificial Insemination Semen for Livestock

Based on the registration application of individuals with the need to provide artificial insemination services for livestock, verified by the commune-level People's Committee; commitment to preserving and using the container for at least 5 years; the financial invoice for purchasing the liquid nitrogen container; periodically, on a monthly or quarterly basis, the commune-level People's Committee compiles the list, type of container, purchase price according to the invoice, and the support budget as stipulated, and sends it to the specialized agency under the district-level People's Committee for compilation, appraisal, and submission to the same level People's Committee for decision; simultaneously sending it to the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Department of Finance for appraisal and submission to the provincial People's Committee for approval as a basis for payment and support as per the regulations.

2. The state budget provides one-time direct support for the liquid nitrogen container for individuals providing artificial insemination services for livestock after they have purchased the liquid nitrogen container with a financial invoice.
