Subjects Not Under the Management Scope of the Ministry of Public Security Equipped with Weapons

To be specific: those entities include:

- Cryptographic organizations under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, cryptographic organizations within the agencies of the Communist Party, central and local state agencies equipped with: pistols, ammunition for these pistols, and various types of rudimentary weapons.- Forest Protection Department, Provincial Forest Protection Sub-department, centrally run city Forest Protection Sub-department, Regional Forest Protection Sub-department, district Forest Protection Divisions, district-level town, city under provincial jurisdiction Forest Protection Divisions, National Park Forest Protection Divisions, Special-use Forest Protection Divisions, Protective Forest Protection Divisions, Regional Forest Protection, Special Mission Forest Protection Team, Mobile Forest Protection and Forest Fire Fighting Teams, Local Forest Protection Stations, Forest Gate Stations equipped with: pistols, submachine guns, ammunition for these weapons, and various types of rudimentary weapons.- Fisheries Surveillance Department, Regional Fisheries Surveillance Sub-department, Fisheries Surveillance Teams, Fisheries Surveillance Stations, Fisheries Surveillance Ship Teams equipped with: pistols, submachine guns, light machine guns, heavy machine guns, machine guns with calibers up to 14.5mm, ammunition for these weapons, and various types of rudimentary weapons.- Aviation Security Forces equipped with: pistols, ammunition for these pistols, and various types of rudimentary weapons.- Anti-smuggling Investigation Department under General Department of Customs, anti-smuggling investigation forces, border gate Customs under provincial, inter-provincial, and centrally run city Customs equipped with: pistols, submachine guns, ammunition for these weapons, and various types of rudimentary weapons.- Investigation Agency of the Supreme People's Procuracy equipped with: pistols and ammunition for these pistols.- National Defense and Security Education Centers, clubs, training institutions, and licensed sports training centers equipped with various types of rudimentary weapons.- Clubs, training institutions, licensed sports training centers, National Defense and Security Education Centers, and other licensed agencies and organizations involved in sports training and competition equipped with: air rifles, explosive bullet rifles, air pistols, explosive bullet pistols, sports paintball guns, clay pigeon shooting guns, ammunition for these weapons, and various types of rudimentary weapons for sports training and competition.
