Circular 25/2015/TT-BGDDT stipulates the curriculum for the Physical Education subject within undergraduate training programs, issued by the Minister of Education and Training on October 14, 2015.

Circular 25/2015/TT-BGDDT regulates the assessment of learning outcomes for the Physical Education course program in higher education institutions as follows:
- The assessment of course sections and learning outcomes of the Physical Education course program is specifically defined in the course program.- Learners who are disabled or not healthy enough to study certain contents of the Physical Education course program may be considered for exemption, reduction of inappropriate contents, or allowed to study appropriate substitute contents.- Not included in the average overall score for the semester, academic year, or course program.- The head of the higher education institution will specifically define the exemptions, reductions, and substitution learning contents for disabled learners or those not healthy enough to study.- The head of the higher education institution will recognize the learning outcomes for learners after they have completed the Physical Education course program.
Additionally, the Circular also stipulates that the minimum amount of knowledge required to be accumulated in the Physical Education course program is 3 (three) credits. The higher education institution will specifically regulate the knowledge load of this course in accordance with the requirements of each training sector.
