State Enterprises must prepare salary and bonus reports according to the template in Circular 81

This is an important provision in Decree 81/2015/ND-CP issued by the Government of Vietnam on September 18, 2015, regulating the disclosure of information by state-owned enterprises.

According to the provisions in Article 19 of Decree 81/2015/ND-CP, enterprises must prepare salary and bonus policy reports in accordance with the contents specified in Appendix X attached to this Decree.

Enterprises must disclose the salary and bonus policy reports on their portals or electronic information pages and simultaneously send the reports to the state ownership representative agency and the Ministry of Planning and Investment for disclosure as stipulated. The deadline for disclosure and submission of the report to the state ownership representative agency and the Ministry of Planning and Investment is no later than March 31 of the year following the reporting year.

The state ownership representative agency shall disclose the enterprise's salary and bonus policy reports on its portal or electronic information page within five (05) working days from the date of receipt of the enterprise's report.

Additionally, the Ministry of Planning and Investment shall disclose the enterprise's salary and bonus policy reports on the Ministry's business information portal (http://www.business.gov.vn) within five (05) working days from the date of receipt of the enterprise's report.
