Student Standards and Support Work in Nursing Training Programs (Illustrative Image)

Circular 33/2014/TT-BGDDT stipulates on Standard 5: Students and Student Support Work of the nursing training program at the university and college levels.

1. Students are fully informed of the necessary regulations.

- Organize dissemination, introduction, and thorough understanding of the regulations on training organization, examination, testing, and graduation recognition of the Ministry of Education and Training and the school for students, providing students with training handbooks from the beginning of enrollment;- Periodically conduct activities to disseminate, introduce, and thoroughly understand the regulations on training organization, examination, testing, and graduation recognition of the Ministry of Education and Training and the school for students;- Periodically review and update the disseminated materials on training organization, examination, testing, and graduation recognition.

2. Students are facilitated in their studies and scientific research participation.

- Policies and measures are in place to facilitate students' studies;- Policies and measures are in place to facilitate students' scientific research, with the percentage of students participating in scientific research increasing annually;- Annual budget allocation to support students in their studies and scientific research.

3. Students are facilitated in fostering political ideology, ethics, lifestyle and participating in organizations such as the Communist Party, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, and other organizations as prescribed by law.

- Focus on fostering the political and ethical education of students, facilitating students to participate in the Communist Party;- Facilitate students in participating in Union, Association work, and other social activities as prescribed by law;- Students are facilitated to cultivate a healthy lifestyle and life skills.

4. Students are ensured of policies and provided with support services.

- Students are provided with information and are ensured of social policy benefits as prescribed;- Students are provided with learning support services, catering, accommodation, and recreational services;- Students are facilitated in health training, physical development, and ensured of school health services.

5. Students perform well in their study and training tasks.

- Students consciously and actively perform their learning tasks and achieve good results;- Students proactively and actively foster political ideology and achieve good results;- Students proactively and actively foster ethics, lifestyle, and achieve good results.
