Class III Lecture Hall Material Assurance Staff with code V.12.01.01 in national defense must meet the following standards:

- Responsibilities and Duties: Guide, operate, use, and maintain training and educational equipment; be responsible to the commander for fulfilling tasks ensuring and serving training and education at military academies and schools; perform other duties as assigned.- Political Quality, Qualification and Competency Requirements:- Master the theories of Marx-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh's ideology, the policies, and guidelines of the Communist Party, the laws of the State, the rules and regulations of the Army, and possess the military knowledge necessary to fulfill training and education tasks;- Possess basic knowledge in the field of training and education related to the duties of lecture hall material assurance; understand the regulations of school operations and those related to training equipment;- Firmly grasp the principles and technical procedures in using, maintaining, and repairing training and educational equipment.- Graduate from a college with a major relevant to the assigned position.
