In the Regulation on the Minimum Knowledge Volume, Competency Requirements that Learners Must Achieve after Graduating from Intermediate and College Levels in the Refrigeration Equipment Installation Sector, issued with Circular 48/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the skill requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from the intermediate level in the refrigeration equipment installation sector are as follows:

- Read technical drawings in refrigeration equipment installation;

- Install compressors for refrigeration systems that meet technical, technological, and safety requirements for people and equipment;

- Install heat exchange equipment and expansion valves for refrigeration systems correctly according to technical, technological, and safety requirements for people and equipment.

- Proficiently use handheld machinery tools (drills, cutters, grinders, etc.);

- Connect pipes correctly according to the procedure, meeting technical requirements and ensuring absolute safety for people and machinery;

- Use basic measuring tools in the field;

- Proficiently use safety equipment correctly according to technical requirements;

- Install auxiliary equipment correctly according to the procedure, meeting technical requirements while ensuring absolute safety for people and machinery;

- Install electrical systems for refrigeration systems that meet technical, technological, and safety requirements for people and equipment;

- Use basic information technology as regulated; exploit, process, and apply information technology in professional work in the field;

- Use basic foreign languages, achieving Level 1/6 in the Vietnamese Language Competency Framework; apply foreign languages in professional work in the field.

Additionally, the level of autonomy and responsibility to be achieved after graduation is stipulated as follows:

- Work independently or coordinate work in teams, solve tasks in changing work conditions;

- Have professional ethics, industrial manners, and a sense of organizational discipline;

- Always have a spirit of acquisition, cooperation, and assistance among colleagues, continuously enhancing professional knowledge;

- Be dynamic, creative during work, possess team spirit, and apply learned knowledge flexibly into practical production;

- Discipline oneself, be persistent, careful, serious, proactive, and actively creative in learning;

- Take responsibility for assessing the quality of work after completion, including personal results and part of the group's results before the agency's leaders, organizations, and units.
