Pursuant to the regulations on minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners must achieve upon graduation from intermediate and college levels in the field of automobile assembly issued along with Circular 47/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the minimum skills that learners must achieve upon graduating with a college-level degree in the field of automobile assembly are as follows:
- Control the process and handle complex errors that occur during assembly;
- Control assembly components and materials regarding quantity, type, etc.;
- Follow the correct procedures, operations, and technical specifications during assembly;
- Proficient use of tools, machines, and equipment for automobile assembly;
- Inspect and calibrate to ensure the readiness of machines and equipment;
- Write work logs and work progress reports;
- Organize and implement industrial hygiene measures, labor safety, and fire prevention;
- Manage and supervise the activities of the production team or group;
- Use basic information technology as required; exploit, process, and apply information technology in the professional work of the sector;
- Use basic foreign languages, reaching level 2/6 in the Vietnamese Foreign Language Competency Framework; apply foreign languages to the professional work of the sector.
