As per the regulations on the minimum volume of knowledge and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from intermediate level, college level in the field of rubber product manufacturing technology issued in conjunction with Circular 46/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the minimum skills learners must achieve after graduating from the intermediate level in the field of Rubber Product Manufacturing Technology are as follows:

- Calculate and mix chemicals used in rubber product manufacturing technology;

- Utilize various tools and equipment used in the production of rubber products;

- Operate the production process of various rubber products: belts; conveyors; rubber pipes; tires, rubber tubes; various gaskets, seals, and rubber parts; mattresses, rubber foam sheets; various thin films and rubber adhesives…;

- Classify various types of rubber products;

- Perform inspection, cleaning, and maintenance processes for production tools and equipment, and assess the quality of rubber products;

- Handle certain incidents that occur during the production and storage of rubber products;

- Participate in technical improvements to enhance production efficiency and product quality;

- Utilize basic information technology as per regulations; apply information technology in several specialized tasks of the field;

- Utilize basic foreign language skills, achieving level 1/6 in Vietnam's foreign language competency framework; apply foreign languages in some specialized tasks in the field.
