- The company's rights over capital, assets, investment, and financial management are stipulated by Decree 71/2013/ND-CP and related legal documents.- The rights concerning business operations and the organization of production and business activities are stipulated by Article 8 of the Enterprise Law; in accordance with operational objectives and the lines of business specified in Clause 1, Article 4 of the model charter of the single-member limited liability company owned by the State issued with Decree 19/2014/ND-CP.- The rights concerning labor management, wages, and the organization of personnel work are stipulated by Decree 99/2012/ND-CP, Decree 50/2013/ND-CP regulating labor management, wages, and bonuses for employees working in a single-member limited liability company owned by the State, Decree 51/2013/ND-CP governing policies on wages, remuneration, and bonuses for members of the Members' Council or the Company Chairman, Controllers, General Director or Director, Deputy General Director or Deputy Director, Chief Accountant in a single-member limited liability company owned by the State, and related legal documents.- The right to receive support, material conditions, and other financial benefits when participating in public utility activities (if any) is stipulated by Decree 130/2013/ND-CP on the production and supply of public utility products and services and related legal documents.
