Responsibility to Achieve after Graduation from Intermediate College in Mold Manufacturing

Recently, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs (MoLISA) promulgated Circular 47/2018/TT-BLDTBXH regulating the minimum amount of knowledge and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from intermediate and college levels in technical mechanics fields.

In the Regulation on the minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from intermediate level, college level in the field of mechanical equipment manufacturing issued with Circular 47/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, it stipulates the minimum level of autonomy and responsibility that learners must achieve after graduating from the intermediate level in mold manufacturing as follows:

- Possess ethical qualities, awareness of the profession, citizenship responsibility always striving to complete tasks: proactively grasp information about the workplace: scale, equipment, workshops, rules, regulations; proactively determine the purpose, requirements, products, and rules of the job;

- Responsibility, ethics, professional demeanor, service attitude: have the correct vocational motivation, diligence, creativity in work, a sense of labor discipline, and respect for the rules of the agency, enterprise;

- Ability to update knowledge, creativity in work: adapt to different working environments (domestic enterprises, foreign enterprises);

- Take responsibility for one's work results before the leadership of the agency, organization, enterprise;

- Ability to solve work under changing work conditions;

- Provide minimum guidance, supervise subordinates to perform specific tasks as assigned;

- Evaluate the product quality after completing the implementation results.
