Requirements for Training Centers Offering Knowledge Enhancement Programs on Historical and Cultural Monuments

Circular 04/2017/TT-BVHTTDL was issued by the Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism on August 15, 2017, detailing specific requirements for training facilities and programs for the enhancement of knowledge on historical and cultural relics.

Circular 04 stipulates that training institutions, lecturers, and training materials must meet the following requirements:

- The training institution must be a university, college, or research institute with a department, branch, or specialized department in training, or a functional department related to the activity of relic restoration.- The lecturers and instructors teaching the training class must have specialized knowledge, teaching experience, or work experience in fields directly related to the content of the Training Program on relic restoration.- The training materials are organized and compiled by the training institution based on an open structure to regularly supplement and update the lecture content with the latest regulations, lessons learned, and new skills related to the relic restoration activities to meet practical requirements.
