As stipulated in the regulation on the minimum amount of knowledge and competency requirements for learners upon graduation from intermediate and college levels in the rubber product manufacturing technology sector, issued under Circular 46/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the following are the minimum autonomy and responsibility levels that learners must meet upon graduating from the college-level rubber product manufacturing technology sector:
- Comply with the institution's regulations and legal provisions;
- Work independently and effectively in a team, coordinate well with colleagues and other departments during the work process;
- Capable of solving complex tasks and issues in changing work conditions;
- Responsible, with appropriate professional demeanor and problem-solving attitude;
- Responsible for evaluating work quality after completion and the performance of themselves and team members before the leadership of agencies, organizations, or units;
- Have a sense of learning and training to enhance professional expertise and vocational skills.
