Requirements for the Leading Organization to Implement Ministerial-level Science and Technology Tasks

Requirements for the organizations presiding over the implementation of ministerial-level scientific and technological tasks (Illustrative image)

The organizations with functions appropriate to the professional field of the scientific and technological task are entitled to participate in registration for selection or to be directly assigned to preside over the implementation of the scientific and technological task, except in the following cases:

- As of the time of submitting the dossier, they have not fully repaid the recoverable funds according to the contract for the implementation of previous scientific and technological tasks;

- The organizations presiding over the scientific and technological task have violations leading to the suspension of the task within 05 years from the date of the decision by the competent authority.

The dossier for participation in the selection or direct assignment of ministerial-level scientific and technological tasks includes:

- A copy of the Certificate of registration of scientific and technological activities of the organization.- The registration form for presiding over the implementation of the scientific and technological task.- The explanation of the scientific and technological task.- A summary of the scientific and technological activities of the organization registering to preside over the implementation of the scientific and technological task.- A document confirming the consent of the organization registering to coordinate in the implementation of the scientific and technological task.- A document proving the capability of mobilizing capital from other sources (for tasks requiring it).- A price quotation for assets, equipment, and materials needed to purchase for the implementation of the scientific and technological task (in the case that the explanation of the scientific and technological task includes the content of purchasing or renting assets, equipment, and materials).- The result of the information search on related scientific and technological tasks.
