Requirements for Knowledge and Skills after Graduation from Intermediate Automobile Assembly Program

Circular 47/2018/TT-BLDTBXH issued by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs stipulates the minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners must achieve upon graduation from intermediate and college levels in mechanical engineering fields, effective from February 10, 2019.

Pursuant to the regulation on the minimum required knowledge, competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from the intermediate level, and college level in the automotive assembly industry and occupation issued along with Circular 47/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the minimum knowledge learners must achieve after graduating at the intermediate level in the automotive assembly industry is as follows:

- Describe the general structure of automobiles, the functions, and operating principles of automotive systems;- Describe the technological process of automotive assembly for each vehicle line;- Identify names, properties, and technical requirements of automotive assembly materials and components;- Explain the operating principles of automotive assembly tools and equipment;- Evaluate the technical condition of tools, machines, and equipment used for automotive production and assembly;- Analyze and evaluate the quality of assembled products;- Assess the factors ensuring labor safety, environmental sanitation, and fire and explosion prevention;- Present basic knowledge of politics, culture, society, law, national defense and security, and physical education as prescribed.

Additionally, the minimum skills learners must achieve after graduating are stipulated as follows:

- Control the quantity and type of assembly materials and components;- Accurately follow processes, operations, and technical specifications during assembly;- Proficiently use tools, machines, and equipment for automotive assembly;- Inspect and calibrate to ensure the readiness of machinery and equipment;- Write work logs and progress reports;- Organize and implement industrial sanitation measures, labor safety, and fire and explosion prevention;- Use basic information technology as prescribed; exploit, process, and apply information technology in professional tasks specific to the industry and occupation;- Utilize basic foreign languages, achieving level 1/6 in the Vietnamese Framework of Foreign Language Proficiency; apply foreign languages in professional tasks specific to the industry and occupation.
