In accordance with the regulation on the minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from intermediate and college levels in the field of operation and maintenance of refrigeration equipment, issued along with Circular 48/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the minimum skill requirements learners must achieve after graduating from the college-level program in the operation and maintenance of refrigeration equipment are as follows:

- Ability to read technical drawings related to the operation and maintenance of refrigeration equipment;

- Proficiency in operating equipment within the refrigeration system according to proper procedures, ensuring the optimization of operational parameters;

- Ability to maintain the refrigeration system according to proper procedures, ensuring safety for both personnel and equipment;

- Ability to identify causes of malfunctions and repair common issues in refrigeration equipment;

- Ability to calculate and select necessary replacement refrigeration equipment;

- Proficiency in using repair tools for refrigeration equipment, ensuring safety and compliance with technical requirements;

- Proficiency in using safety protective equipment properly and providing first aid to victims in case of accidents;

- Ability to organize production and manage the activities of operation, maintenance, and repair teams or groups;

- Ability to propose and implement solutions to reduce harmful emissions during the maintenance, repair, and operation of refrigeration equipment;

- Basic information technology skills as per regulations; ability to utilize, process, and apply information technology in professional tasks in the field;

- Basic foreign language proficiency at level 2/6 in the Vietnamese Language Proficiency Framework; ability to apply foreign language skills in professional tasks in the field.
