- The levels of fees for the exploitation and use of marine and island environmental resources data are stipulated in the Fee Schedule issued along with Circular 294/2016/TT-BTC.- The fee for the exploitation and use of remote sensing data serving security, defense purposes, or in an emergency situation is 60% of the corresponding fee in the Fee Schedule.- Fee exemption for the exploitation and use of marine and island environmental resources data serving security and defense purposes, serving the direct requirements of the Communist Party and State leadership, or in emergency situations; except for the exploitation and use of remote sensing data serving security, defense purposes, or in emergency situations as stipulated above.
