Regulations on Specialized Inspection Activities in Information and Communications

Specialized Inspection in Information and Communications Sector is Permitted to Conduct the Following Activities:

Firstly, inspect and verify the compliance with policies, laws, procedures, regulations, quality, standards, and technical norms in the field of information and communications for the agencies, organizations, and individuals specified in Clause 2, Article 2 of Decree 140/2013/ND-CP, including:

- Regulations on press (including printed newspapers, online newspapers, broadcasting, television, news agencies);- Regulations on publishing (including publishing, printing, distribution);- Regulations on external information;- Regulations on advertising in the press (including printed newspapers, magazines, online newspapers, broadcasting, television), in the online environment, and on published materials; integrated advertising on postal, telecommunications, and information technology products and services;- Regulations on postal services;- Regulations on telecommunications;- Regulations on radio frequency;- Regulations on electronic information;- Regulations on information technology, electronics (including industry, application of information technology, and digital information security);- Regulations on grassroots information (propaganda, advocacy);- Regulations on information and communications infrastructure;- Legal regulations on copyright for press products, encrypted broadcasting programs, published materials, postage stamps, information and communications technology products and services; intellectual property rights of inventions and patents within the management fields of the Ministry of Information and Communications;- Regulations on public services under the state management scope of the Ministry of Information and Communications;- Other legal regulations within the state management authority of the Ministry of Information and Communications.

Secondly, specialized inspection activities are carried out according to regulations from Article 51 to Article 56 of the Law on Inspection and from Article 14 to Article 28 of Decree 07/2012/ND-CP.
