On November 11, 2016, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs issued Circular 41/2016/TT-BLDTBXH stipulating the minimum prices for the inspection services of occupational safety techniques for machines, equipment, materials, and substances with stringent requirements on occupational safety.

The service pricing for occupational safety technical inspection is stipulated in Circular 41/2016/TT-BLDTBXH as follows:

- The service pricing for occupational safety technical inspection prescribed in the Service Pricing Schedule for Occupational Safety Technical Inspection issued along with Circular 41 is the minimum price.- The service pricing for occupational safety technical inspection stipulated in Circular 41 includes value-added tax.- Inspection organizations have the obligation to pay taxes for the amounts collected and have the right to manage and use the remaining amounts after paying taxes.- The directors of organizations engaged in occupational safety technical inspection activities shall determine specific service prices for the inspection of machinery, equipment, materials, and substances that require strict occupational safety standards provided by them, ensuring that the prices are not lower than the minimum price.- Occupational safety technical inspection organizations have the responsibility to send written documents specifying the prices to the Department of Occupational Safety, Ministry of Labor – Invalids and Social Affairs for monitoring and inspection.
