Regulations on Radio Remote Sensing Data in Meteorological and Hydrological Documents (Illustrative Image)
To be specific, Article 13 of the regulations on economic - technical norms in meteorological and hydrological documentation issued together with Circular 39/2013/TT-BTNMT stipulates radio remote sensing data as follows:
- Receiving data and checking the legality and completeness of the data;
- Controlling data on paper:
- Overview control;- Control and compare data in labels, calibration logs, and release moments;- Initial data control;- Quality data control.
- Controlling data on computer:
- Checking the observation capacity, observation altitude, release time;- Input data control;- Cloud data control;- Checking rising speed within 2-second data sequences;- Controlling data at characteristic points, electronic codes, graphs;- Correcting and re-running data with severe errors;
- Summarizing control results, evaluating quality scores: Transferring data back to the server after control and submitting paper data to the documentation department for the entire network.
In addition, the regulations on pilot wind data are as follows:
- Receiving data and checking the legality of the data;
- Controlling data on paper:
- Preliminary check of data completeness;- Controlling data in the STK-2a logbook;- Controlling data in the STK-2b logbook;- Retrieving data from the High Altitude Meteorological Station server to the control computer of the network management department (once every 10 days);- Checking data transmitted from the station;- Controlling the entry and normalization of data.
- Controlling data on computer;
- Summarizing and evaluating the quality of basic surveys: Transferring data back to the server after control and submitting paper data to the documentation department.
