Recently, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs (MoLISA) promulgated Circular 47/2018/TT-BLDTBXH regulating the minimum amount of knowledge and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from intermediate and college levels in technical mechanics fields.
Minimum Knowledge Requirements for the Mechanical Equipment Maintenance System Major at College Level - Illustrative Image
In the regulation on the minimum knowledge volume, and competency requirements students must achieve upon graduation at the intermediate level, and college level in the mechanical equipment maintenance system major as issued under Circular 47/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the minimum knowledge students must achieve upon graduating from the mechanical equipment maintenance system major at the college level is as follows:
- Analyze the relationship between the structure, working principle, and technical condition of mechanical equipment, diagnose simple and complex malfunctions, and propose solutions to resolve malfunctions;
- Analyze calculation methods, develop technological maintenance, repair plans... for simple and complex malfunctions to ensure the stable operation of mechanical equipment;
- Demonstrate the necessary technical characteristics to check and calibrate during no-load and load trials, and specify the technical requirements of the mechanical equipment system;
- Explain the principles and steps when tasked with installing, calibrating, checking new equipment, trial operations, and how to draft a handover record for mechanical equipment;
- Explain the tasks within the installation, operation, and maintenance processes of the mechanical equipment system;
- Describe the structure, operating principles, and application scope of some numerical control machines;
- Analyze conventions, symbols, and technical requirements of assembly drawings of the mechanical equipment system;
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of politics, culture, society, law, national defense security, and physical education as regulated.
