Under Article 14 of Circular 01/2020/TT-VPCP, regulations on the regime for reporting the implementation of laws on Official gazette in Vietnam are stipulated as follows:

- Content of the required report: implementation of laws on Official gazette.

- Frequency of reporting: Annually.

- Time period for data finalization in the report: From December 15 of the previous year to December 14 of the reporting year.

- Reporting entities, receiving agencies, process, and deadlines for submitting reports:

- Provincial People's Committees submit reports to the Office of the Government of Vietnam no later than December 22 every year.- The Office of the Government of Vietnam consolidates reports from provincial People's Committees and submits to the Government of Vietnam no later than December 25 every year.

Additionally, this Circular also stipulates the reporting regime on the results of standardization, digitization of reporting policies, and the implementation of the reporting information system of ministries, agencies, and localities as follows:

- Content of the required report: Results of standardization, digitization of reporting policies, and implementation of the reporting information systems of ministries, agencies, and localities.

- Frequency of reporting: Every 6 months and annually.

- Time period for data finalization in the report:

- Semi-Annual Report: Data finalization for the first 6 months is from December 15 of the previous year to June 14 of the reporting year. Data finalization for the last 6 months is from June 15 to December 14 of the reporting year.- Annual Report: From December 15 of the previous year to December 14 of the reporting year.

- Reporting entities, receiving agencies, process, and deadlines for submitting reports:

- Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government of Vietnam, provincial People's Committees submit reports to the Office of the Government of Vietnam no later than June 22 and December 22 every year.- The Office of the Government of Vietnam consolidates reports from ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government of Vietnam, provincial People's Committees, and submits to the Government of Vietnam no later than June 25 and December 25 every year.

More details can be found in Circular 01/2020/TT-VPCP, which comes into effect in Vietnam from December 15, 2020.
