Records for Receiving Preferential Policies for Persons with Meritorious Services Active Before 1945

Circular 05/2013/TT-BLDTBXH has just been issued by the Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, providing guidance on the procedures for setting up dossiers, managing dossiers, and implementing preferential policies for people with meritorious services to the revolution and their relatives.

The documentation for beneficiaries of preferential policies for revolutionaries active before January 01, 1945 includes the documents stipulated in Article 1 of Circular 05/2013/TT-BLDTBXH as follows:

- Declaration of the revolutionary activist (Form LT1). In case the revolutionary activist has sacrificed or passed away, a family representative or the worshiper shall make the declaration (Form LT2) accompanied by a power of attorney (Form UQ).- Decision to recognize the revolutionary activist before January 01, 1945 (Form LT3) accompanied by copies of documents as the basis for confirmation.- Monthly allowance, subsidy decision (Form LT4) or one-time allowance decision (Form LT5).

Additionally, Circular 05 also stipulates the documentation for revolutionaries active from January 01, 1945 to the August 1945 uprising, specifically including the following documents:

- Declaration of the revolutionary activist (Form TKN1). In case the revolutionary activist has sacrificed or passed away, a family representative or the worshiper shall make the declaration (Form TKN2) accompanied by a power of attorney (Form UQ).- Decision to recognize the revolutionary activist from January 01, 1945 to the August 1945 uprising (Form TKN3) accompanied by copies of documents as the basis for confirmation.- Monthly allowance decision (Form TKN4) or one-time allowance decision (Form TKN5).
