Provincial Electricity Company is Responsible for Implementing Reporting Policies in Accordance with Regulations

Provincial Power Company is responsible for implementing reporting policies as prescribed (Illustrative image)

According to Article 18 of Circular 34/2011/TT-BCT, the reporting policies of the provincial power company are specified as follows:

1. Weekly Report

By 11:00 AM on Friday of week W, the provincial power company is responsible for reporting to the Regional Power Corporation, Provincial People’s Committee, and Department of Industry and Trade the local electricity supply situation from Friday of week W-1 to Thursday of week W, including the following contents:

- Daily electricity output, maximum allocated and actual capacity of the provincial power company during the week;- Estimated daily electricity output and load capacity reduction during the week.

The weekly report of the provincial power company is prepared according to the Weekly Electricity Supply and Load Reduction Report Form specified in Appendix 1 issued with this Circular.

2. Monthly Report

By the 5th of each month, the provincial power company is responsible for reporting to the Regional Power Corporation, Provincial People’s Committee, and Department of Industry and Trade the local electricity supply and load reduction situation of the previous month, including the following contents:

- Monthly electricity output, maximum allocated and actual capacity of the power company;- Estimated monthly electricity output and load capacity reduction;- Implementation of electricity output distribution and load capacity reduction for various electricity load components and large electricity customers in the province;- Analysis and clarification of reasons in case the actual electricity supply differs from the monthly electricity supply plan approved by the Provincial People’s Committee.

The monthly report of the provincial power company is prepared according to the Monthly Electricity Supply and Load Reduction Report Form specified in Appendix 1 issued with this Circular.
