Prohibition on Lending/Using the Uniform of Aviation Security Control Forces

Circular 18/2015/TT-BGTVT stipulates that the aviation security control force operates at airports; on aircraft; air traffic service providers; aircraft manufacturing, maintenance, and repair facilities; aviation service providers at airports; cargo and mail handling facilities for loading onto aircraft must comply with the following principles regarding uniforms, insignia, and ranks of the aviation security control force, specifically:

1. The aviation security control force is responsible for preserving and maintaining their uniforms, insignia, and ranks. If lost or damaged, they must immediately report in writing to the unit head and take responsibility for the consequences. In cases where uniforms, insignia, and ranks are lost or damaged during the performance of duties or due to force majeure reasons, they will be considered for replacement.

2. Personnel of the aviation security control force transferring out of the force, taking leave, resigning, or being disciplined by dismissal must return all issued uniforms, insignia, and ranks.

3. It is strictly prohibited to lend or use the issued uniforms, insignia, and ranks of the aviation security control force for other purposes.

Note: The aviation security control force must use uniforms, insignia, and ranks according to the provisions of this Circular while on duty.

Funding for the uniforms, insignia, and ranks of the aviation security control force is allocated from regular expenditure sources (for public service providers) and reasonable expenses in the period (for enterprises).
