Prohibiting the Disclosure of State Secrets Regarding Defense Industry

The 2008 Ordinance on Defense Industry was promulgated on January 26, 2008. Some prohibitive acts are stipulated in this document.

Specifically, according to the provisions of Article 6 of the 2008 Ordinance on Defense Industry, the following acts are prohibited:

  1. Disclosing state secrets regarding the planning, construction, and development plans of the defense industry, scientific and technological results related to the defense industry, and tasks of producing products for national defense and security.

  2. Sabotaging, buying, selling, gifting, leasing, pawning, mortgaging, illegally exploiting, or using equipment and assets assigned by the State to defense industry establishments.

  3. Illegally buying, selling, storing, or using weapons, military technical equipment, and specialized products produced by the defense industry.

  4. Appropriating, using, and illegally transferring information, documents, inventions, processes, and technological secrets that are state secrets related to the defense industry.

  5. Obstructing or evading responsibilities in the implementation of tasks for building and developing the defense industry.

  6. Abusing positions and powers to perform illegal acts in the activities of the defense industry.
