Appropriating, using, and illegally transferring information, documents, inventions, processes, and technological secrets that are state secrets related to the defense industry.
Obstructing or evading responsibilities in the implementation of tasks for building and developing the defense industry.
Abusing positions and powers to perform illegal acts in the activities of the defense industry.
