Prohibited Acts According to the Regulations of Detention Facilities in the QDND

Specifically:, according to the provisions of Article 4 of the Internal Regulations of Detention Facilities in the People's Army issued together with Circular 27/2018/TT-BQP, the prohibited acts include:

First, violating the provisions of the Law on Temporary Detention, Temporary Custody, Internal Regulations of Detention Facilities; not complying with or obstructing the enforcement of orders, decisions of the agency, and competent individuals in the execution of temporary detention, temporary custody; retaliating against persons who report on their or others' wrongful acts.

Second, threatening, beating, oppressing, transmitting HIV virus to others, extorting others' property, self-mutilation, tattooing oneself or tattooing others, wearing objects on the body.

Third, engaging in homosexual acts, sexual relations.

Fourth, establishing or participating in associations, gangs, groups in any form.

Fifth, fortune telling, offering ceremonies, propagating religion, superstitious activities, gambling in any form.

Sixth, throwing or discarding food and drinks indiscriminately; hiring or coercing others to serve oneself.

Seventh, conducting or abetting, tolerating, supporting plots or actions aimed at escaping from the detention facility.

Eighth, spreading false information to incite others to disturb order in the detention facility.

Ninth, feigning illness or failing to comply with the instructions and guidance of officials at the detention facility and medical treatment facilities.
