Conditions	- Being an enterprise established under the laws regarding enterprises; - Depositing travel business for domestic travel with a bank; - The person in charge of travel business must have a diploma of intermediate level or higher in travel services; in case of having an intermediate level or higher diploma in another field, a certificate in domestic tourism operations is required.	- Being an enterprise established under the laws regarding enterprises; - Depositing travel business for international travel with a bank; - The person in charge of travel business must have a college diploma or higher in travel services; in case of having a college diploma or higher in another field, a certificate in international tourism operations is required.
Dossier	- Application for travel business license (Form 04, Appendix II Circular 06/2017/TT-BVHTTDL); - Notarized copy of the Certificate of Enterprise Registration (DKDN); - Certificate of deposit for travel business; - Notarized copy of the decision on appointment or employment contract between the travel business enterprise and the person in charge of travel business; - Notarized copy of diplomas, certificates of the person in charge of travel business.	- Application for travel business license (Form 04, Appendix II Circular 06/2017/TT-BVHTTDL); - Notarized copy of the Certificate of Enterprise Registration or Investment Registration Certificate; - Certificate of deposit for travel business; - Notarized copy of the decision on appointment or employment contract between the travel business enterprise and the person in charge of travel business; - Notarized copy of diplomas, certificates of the person in charge of travel business;
Procedures	- Submit 01 dossier to the provincial tourism authority where the enterprise is headquartered; - Within 10 days from receiving a valid dossier, the provincial tourism authority shall appraise and issue the Domestic travel business License for the enterprise; in case of refusal, a written explanation must be provided.	- Submit 01 dossier to the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism; - Within 10 days from receiving a valid dossier, the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism shall appraise and issue the International travel business License for the enterprise and notify the provincial tourism authority where the enterprise is headquartered; in case of refusal, a written explanation must be provided.
Fee	3,000,000 VND/license	3,000,000 VND/license

Scope of Travel Service Business:

- Domestic travel service business serving domestic tourists;- International travel service business serving international tourists coming to Vietnam and tourists going abroad;- International travel business enterprises may conduct both international and domestic travel service businesses.

Except for foreign-invested enterprises, which are only allowed to conduct international travel business to serve international tourists coming to Vietnam, unless otherwise stipulated by international treaties to which the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a member.
