Procedure for Self-Evaluation of Elementary Schools

Circular 17/2018/TT-BGDDT stipulates the quality assessment and national standard recognition for elementary schools, issued on August 22, 2018. Notably, it includes content on the self-assessment process for elementary schools.

To be specific, according to the provisions of Article 23 of the Regulations on quality accreditation and national standard recognition for elementary schools issued together with Circular 17/2018/TT-BGDDT, the self-assessment process of elementary schools includes the following steps:

Step 1: Establish the self-assessment council.

Step 2: Develop the self-assessment plan.

Step 3: Collect, process, and analyze evidence.

Step 4: Assess the levels achieved according to each criterion.

Step 5: Write the self-assessment report.

Step 6: Announce the self-assessment report.

Step 7: Implement activities after completing the self-assessment report.
