Circular 46/2018/TT-BLDTBXH of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs prescribes the minimum volume of knowledge, competency requirements that learners must achieve upon graduation from intermediate and college levels in fields such as materials, metallurgy, production, and other technical technologies will take effect from February 10, 2019.

According to the regulation on the minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners need to achieve after graduating from intermediate level, college level in Metal Rolling and Drawing Technology, issued together with Circular 46/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, it is stipulated that after graduating from college in Metal Rolling and Drawing Technology, learners have the capacity to meet the requirements at the job positions of the industry, including:
- Operating and adjusting equipment in the technology production line of metal rolling and drawing;- Calculating and designing details and main equipment in the technology line of metal rolling and drawing;- Calculating, designing, and setting up the technological process and managing that process to produce rolling and drawing products;- Inspecting the technology and product quality;- Mentoring and guiding lower-qualified individuals;- Researching and applying technologies and improving some stages in the technological process of metal rolling and drawing to meet "productivity - quality - efficiency";- Organizing and managing the production process of a shift in metal rolling and drawing production facilities.
At the same time, the minimum volume of knowledge and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating in Metal Rolling and Drawing Technology at the college level can continue to develop at higher levels.
After graduation, learners have the capacity for self-study, self-updating of scientific and technological advancements within their field to enhance their qualifications or pursue higher studies in the same field, group of fields, or related training areas.
