- Regarding Safety: Number of accidents and incidents in one year or the operational period (if shorter than one year); downtime due to incidents/accidents; total recorded incidents/accidents.- Regarding Environment: Commitment to prevent environmental incidents; minimize hazardous waste.- Regarding Management System: Safety - Health - Environment plans and procedures; Review of Safety - Health - Environment effectiveness; Investigation and reporting of incidents/accidents.

Policies and objectives must be suitable to the capacity of the organization, individual, and in compliance with legal regulations.
Commitment to implementing measures to achieve the set objectives.
