Monthly Report on Internal Affairs Work

On November 24, 2016, the Ministry of Home Affairs issued Circular 06/2016/TT-BNV detailing the monthly reporting in internal affairs work.

According to Circular 06, the reports of units under the Ministry of Home Affairs include the following contents:

- Summarize the situation, evaluate the progress, and result of work according to the assigned functions and duties, and the results of implementing the directives and administration of the Ministry's leadership; results of advisory work in developing projects, legal normative documents, operational documents, and policies within the assigned fields (if any).- Provide a general assessment of the work situation, the results of the deployment of state management tasks, and policies at the ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government of Vietnam, and provinces and centrally-run cities according to the assigned state management fields (if any).- State the advantages, difficulties, obstacles in task implementation, and their causes.- Propose the work tasks for the next month and any recommendations or suggestions to the Ministry's leadership.

In addition, Circular 06 also regulates the reports of the Department of Organization and Personnel of the ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government of Vietnam, and the Departments of Home Affairs of the provinces and centrally-run cities: Provide quick information and reports summarizing the implementation of tasks, policies, programs, schemes, and projects managed by the Ministry of Home Affairs; key tasks; difficulties and obstacles that need to be resolved; recommendations and proposals to the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Results of work are to be reported from the time of the monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and yearly reports to the reporting time.

Note that the Ministry of Home Affairs Office must consolidate and report to the Minister of Home Affairs at the monthly briefings.
