On September 19, 2018, the Ministry of Transport issued Circular 51/2018/TT-BGTVT amending and supplementing several articles of Circular 17/2016/TT-BGTVT detailing the management and operation of airports and airfields.
Circular 51 amending and supplementing the documents for land allocation at airports. Specifically, the new dossiers include:
- Application for land allocation;- Copy of the enterprise registration certificate for enterprises providing aviation and non-aviation services at airports;- Copy from the original book or a duplicate and present the original for comparison or a certified copy (in the case of direct submission), a certified copy (in the case of submission by post) of the document approving the investment policy or the decision approving the investment or the investment registration certificate;- Extract of cadastral map parcel or extract of cadastral measurement parcel.
Organizations in need of land use shall submit 01 set of documents requesting land allocation directly or through the postal system or by other means to the Airport Authority.
