Recently, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (BLDTBXH) issued Circular 48/2018/TT-BLDTBXH stipulating the minimum amount of knowledge and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from intermediate and college levels in the fields of electrical engineering, electronics, and telecommunications.
Minimum Skills for the Civil Electronics Industry (Colleges) - Illustrative Picture
As stipulated in the regulations on the minimum volume of knowledge and capacity requirements that students must achieve after graduating from intermediate and college levels in the civil electronics industry, issued together with Circular 48/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, it is required that students must achieve the following minimum skills after graduating from the civil electronics industry at the college level:
- Ability to read technical drawings, circuit diagrams, and professionally repair, assemble, and design components in the field;
- Proficiency in using common specialized tools and equipment;
- Capability to use circuit design software and assemble basic electronic circuits;
- Ability to assemble, test, and calibrate basic electronic circuits;
- Ability to handle technical problems that occur during the operation of electronic devices and telecommunications equipment;
- Ability to upgrade and improve civil electronic systems;
- Proficiency in using smartphones to control household automation equipment;
- Ability to operate and handle situations in smart city, smart home systems, and various communication network standards within those systems;
- Ability to install and connect devices in mobile communication, optical communication, television networks, and the internet;
- Capability to maintain and repair civil electronic devices, audio-visual systems, cameras, and surveillance warning systems;
- Ability to produce and inspect products on production lines and in workshops that manufacture civil electronic devices;
- Capability to develop business plans, such as marketing plans and organizing conferences;
- Ability to prepare various forms, reports, internal documents, and common business and service contracts;
- Ability to organize and implement labor safety measures, environmental sanitation, and fire prevention and control according to regulations;
- Proficiency in utilizing basic information technology as required; exploiting, handling, and applying information technology in specialized tasks;
- Proficiency in basic foreign languages, achieving level 2/6 in the Vietnamese Foreign Language Competency Framework; ability to apply foreign languages in specialized tasks.
